"I spent my teens scrolling through transformation pictures thinking 'must be nice.' Now I am the one posting one myself. I was sluggish, stuck in trash eating habits. My discipline was shot — I'd start on a Monday, quit by Wednesday. Then I came across Sahaj on YouTube. Something just clicked. His mindset and straight talk with no fluff inspired me to push the limits of what can be achieved.

So many things have changed since that day: I competed and won my first kickboxing bout, learned MMA, learned to paint and draw, piano and guitar, started to get asked out by beautiful girls, ran a half-marathon a week for 3 months straight, got fluent in Japanese and Russian, wrote a thesis on Political Science entirely in French, got first place in a public speaking competition at IIT, and now I have embarked on the journey to get a Ph.D in Mathematics. Never would I have imagined I would achieve even one of these given that I have the same 24 hours as everyone else — till I learned the power of deep work and achieving more by literally doing less."
